The Hedgehogs Revenge

The “Revenge of the Hedgehog” badge has been in existence for over 20 years and is awarded to those who have executed a deployment with the Stinger system. If you’ve successfully “stung” a vehicle (meaning you’ve used a stinger or a similar device to immobilize a suspect vehicle), you’re eligible for this prestigious badge.

Here are the key details:

Hat Options: You can choose between a white hat (for Traffic Officers) or a standard hat (for those aspiring to be Traffic Officers) when ordering the badge.

Limited Edition: If you’ve deployed a stinger or similar device operationally on more than three occasions, you qualify for a very limited edition “Antique” metal “Hedgehog’s Revenge” badge. These are rarer than the Victoria Cross!

Proof Required: To ensure that only deserving recipients receive the badge, we ask for proof that you’ve successfully deployed a HoSTyD device. An endorsement from a supervising officer via email will suffice. Please REDACT any sensitive information and DO NOT send any screen shots / photographs of police computer systems!
