By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from us, you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with all policies referenced herein, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access the website or use the Service.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e‑commerce platform enabling us to sell our products.

Any unauthorised commercial resale or attempted commercial exploitation constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, we reserve the right to:
- refuse or cancel current or future orders;
- withdraw access to the Service;
- invalidate any warranty‑related remedies;
- take appropriate enforcement action, including intellectual property or platform‑based takedown requests.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The Black Rat logo is a registered trademark owned by Blue Light Gift CIC and is registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office. The name “Blue Light Gift”, together with associated branding, logos, and product designs, constitutes intellectual property and trade dress of Blue Light Gift CIC.
Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or right to use any trademark, logo, branding, or other intellectual property owned by Blue Light Gift CIC without our prior express written consent.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, imitation, or association with our trademarks or intellectual property — including use in connection with unauthorised resale, commercial activity, or misrepresentation of affiliation — is strictly prohibited and may result in enforcement action.
10. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY
Our primary area of operation is the United Kingdom. We are generally unable to facilitate sales, shipping, or ongoing support outside the UK as a matter of course.
If you reside outside the United Kingdom and wish to enquire about a potential order, you must contact us prior to placing an order so we can confirm whether we are able to assist. Any agreement to supply goods outside the UK is made strictly at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms, costs, or limitations.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed from outside the United Kingdom where prior confirmation has not been obtained.

Blue Light Gift shall not be responsible for, and will not reimburse, any such charges. Failure to pay applicable customs or import charges may result in delays, non‑delivery, or return of the goods, for which we accept no liability.
Any additional costs arising from customs clearance, refusal of delivery, or return of goods due to unpaid charges shall remain the responsibility of the recipient.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders where misuse, commercial resale, or policy breaches are suspected.
