Blue Light Gift CIC is a not‑for‑profit organisation operated by volunteers. All profits are directed towards carefully selected charitable causes. We appreciate your support and understanding as we manage our operations alongside other commitments.


Order Processing

As Blue Light Gift CIC is run by volunteers, order processing and customer correspondence are carried out in our spare time. While we endeavour to process orders as promptly as possible, there may occasionally be delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such circumstances.


Shipping Services

We primarily use Royal Mail to deliver orders within the United Kingdom. Delivery services are provided subject to Royal Mail’s own terms and conditions, over which we have no control.

While we take reasonable care to ensure orders are correctly packaged and dispatched, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. External factors such as carrier delays, service disruptions, or adverse conditions may affect delivery times.


Urgent Orders

If you require an order urgently, please contact us at sales@bluelightgift.org.uk prior to placing your order. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, our volunteer‑run structure may limit our ability to expedite processing or delivery.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available. Please allow a short period for tracking details to become active and update within the carrier’s system.


Delayed or Missing Items

If an item is delayed or does not arrive, you must notify us within a reasonable period so that we can investigate the matter.

Where appropriate, we will follow Royal Mail’s claims and investigation procedures before offering a replacement or refund. Any replacement or refund for items reported as missing or delayed will be considered in accordance with Royal Mail’s applicable terms, timeframes, and confirmation requirements, as well as your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


International Orders and Availability

Blue Light Gift CIC operates primarily within the United Kingdom. As a general rule, we are unable to facilitate sales, shipping, or ongoing support outside the United Kingdom as part of our standard operations.

If you are resident outside the United Kingdom and wish to enquire about a potential order, you must contact us prior to placing an order so that we may confirm whether we are able to assist. Any agreement to supply goods outside the United Kingdom is made strictly at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms, conditions, costs, or limitations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed from outside the United Kingdom where prior confirmation has not been obtained.


Customs Duties and Import Charges

Where we agree to ship goods outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, surcharges, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Blue Light Gift CIC does not collect, calculate, or control these charges and will not be responsible for, or reimburse, any such costs. Failure to pay applicable customs or import charges may result in delays, non‑delivery, or return of the goods, for which we accept no liability.

Any additional costs arising from customs clearance, refusal of delivery, or return of goods due to unpaid charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
